One-half single & dependent premium company paid. Pre-tax deductible status for portion of premium paid by associate. Prescription assistance included with coverage. Coverage effective upon Insurance Company acceptance.
Dental Insurance
Coverage provided is primarily for preventative purposes. Coverage included with Medical Insurance.
Life Insurance
$20,000 coverage for associate, $40,000 if accidental death. Premium & Coverage effective date same as Medical Insurance.
Disability Insurance
General Managers & Senior Managers are provided coverage fully funded by the Company. 60% of wage with 7.5% per year cost of living increase. Subject to $7,500/mo. maximum and expires upon 67 years of age. Coverage effective upon Insurance Company acceptance.

Education Assistance Plan
Torgerson Property Management will assist in any job related seminar or workshop attended by any associate. The seminar or workshop must be pre-approved by your Vice President of Operations.
